SHIPPING

For delivery within Germany and within Austria, we charge the following flat-rate shipping costs, unless the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal:

• Germany normal shipping (delivery within 1-2 working days): 8,99€

• Europe normal shipping (delivery within 1-3 working days): 8,99€

The flat-rate shipping fee includes the applicable VAT.

RETURN

Please contact us to receive a return label - you will receive your return label immediately. We expressly point out that we are not obliged to take back goods that have had the reimbursement label removed or damaged. When we have received and checked the returned goods, we will transfer the money to you within a maximum of 3 days.
